It’s not therapy or coaching — it’s a mindful conversation guided by presence, empathy, and understanding.
Each session begins with a short grounding exercise or breathing technique to help you relax.
From there, you’re invited to share whatever feels important — your thoughts, feelings, or experiences.
The listener’s role is to be fully present, without judgment or advice.
The final minutes often include a guided meditation or visualization, helping you close the session with calm and clarity.
No. ZenHaven sessions are not therapy or psychological counseling.
They’re designed for reflection, self-awareness, and emotional clarity — not for clinical diagnosis or treatment.

A standard ZenHaven session lasts 60 minutes, including a short introduction and closing meditation.
